As a seasoned professional, you will play a key role in rolling out and running HR transformations using SAP SuccessFactors. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective strategies for rolling out HR transformations using SAP SuccessFactors.

  3. Provide technical expertise and guidance on HR processes and best practices.
  4. Identify and mitigate risks associated with project implementation.
  5. Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, including experience with Employee Central, Performance Management, Compensation Management, and Learning Management.
    • Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
    • Familiarity with Dell Boomi and HCI integrations.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a global environment.
    • Proactive, self-directed, and resourceful.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
