Job Title: Digital Transformation Specialist - Regulatory Compliance.

As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enabling financial institutions to become digital leaders. We develop innovative solutions based on Microsoft technology (Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform) for banks and insurance companies worldwide.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret Open Banking regulations, such as PSD2, PSD3, and Open Finance, to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Develop comprehensive traceability matrices to guarantee end-to-end compliance with regulations.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify and document the impact of regulatory changes on systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Support internal advocacy efforts by contributing to internal communications, regulatory insights, and compliance timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deep dives, impact assessments, and detailed requirement gathering.
  • Stay updated with emerging compliance needs and regulatory developments.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a regulatory environment, preferably within financial services.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
  • Experience with PSD2, Berlin Group NextgenPSD2, or Open Banking UK is mandatory.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to conduct detailed mappings of regulatory requirements to organizational systems.
