Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic partner to support the transition phase and operational delivery manager post-transition.

  • The successful candidate will partner with business and HR functions to drive planning and execution of enterprise migration to GBS within the region.
  • They will lead HR work transitions into regional GBS locations, working with GBS leadership, Global Process Owners, HR functional teams, and local stakeholders.
  • Oversight responsibilities include readiness activities such as knowledge transfer, resource ramp-up, and documentation standardization.
  • Coordination of process stabilization post-transition is also key, ensuring minimal disruption to business and employees.
  • Additionally, the individual will develop and implement transition governance, including KPIs, SLAs, performance scorecard, and escalation frameworks.
  • Participation in change management efforts is required, supporting communication and training plans at the local level.
  • Supporting successful transition and implementation of HR Operations at respective GBS centers by driving global consistency in implementation approach and providing support to hiring efforts of GBS HR Operations resources is crucial.
  • Providing oversight and thought leadership throughout implementation of GBS HR Operations, ensuring successful transition of all in scope activities to respective Regional centers is key.
  • Finally, provision of oversight for business stabilization efforts post HR GBS HR Operations go-live and supports change management efforts is essential.
