Dynamic HR Operations Leader

The ideal candidate will lead and manage comprehensive human resources operations within a fast-paced environment, overseeing administration, payroll, statutory compliance, audits, and process optimization.

This role requires strong leadership skills to drive efficient recruitment, champion process improvements, ensure full adherence to labor laws, and foster positive employee relations.

  • Direct end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical positions, delivering high-volume talent acquisition in a dynamic environment.
  • Champion HR initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, drive automation, and maintain best-in-class standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide the management and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and statutory mandates.

Oversee employee relations, resolve grievances, and develop strategies to maintain a collaborative work climate and high engagement across various levels.

Partner actively with leadership and business heads to address people challenges, succession planning, and workforce readiness in the manufacturing domain.

Required Qualifications and Skills

· Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

· Minimum of 10 years' experience managing HR operations in a fast-paced setup.

· Deep knowledge of labor laws, compliance, audits, and HR processes.

· Extensive experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy deployment.

· Proven proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite; process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, able to influence and drive transformational changes.
