Job Title: Human Resources Manager
">About the Role:
">- As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for handling employee welfare, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- You will manage ER/IR responsibilities which include managing employee relationships, addressing grievances, and enforcing disciplinary actions in accordance with our company policies.
- HR administrative processes encompass time office & payroll, statutory compliance, security, gate control, facilities management, contract labor management, and labor law compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Monitor and review time office activities to ensure accurate attendance management and timely resolution of employee grievances.
- Implement effective attendance management processes for contract labor.
- Review and optimize payroll processes for operators, staff, and managerial cadre.
- Collaborate with central accounts to improve payroll efficiency.

">- Ensure effective gate control and security measures to protect plant property and employees.
- Review and enhance security team effectiveness, coordinating with the security agency as needed.
- Identify and mitigate risks to plant property and employees, building information networks with local bodies.
- Manage contractors and agencies for employee transportation, housekeeping, and gardening services.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and green working environment.
- Provide training to new executives/managers on plant residency roles.
Contract Labor Management:

">- Perform audits and implement corrective actions to ensure statutory compliances in contract labor management.
- Address grievances of contract employees in a timely manner.
- Identify and mitigate risks, implementing process changes as necessary.
Statutory Compliances & Legal:

">- Review and complete PF activities efficiently, including input submission, return filing, and loan clearance.
- Evaluate and complete ESIC activities smoothly, including contribution submission and data updating.
- Ensure timely filing of returns and labor law compliance.
- Respond to government notices and inspections to achieve smooth closure.
- Update legal case status by coordinating with advocates and discussing forward plans with leadership.
Employee Relations Agenda:

">- Distribute welfare items and conduct events as per the welfare calendar.
- Strengthen grievance redressal processes and resolve employee grievances.
- Design and implement employee involvement and welfare initiatives.
- Support Sr. Manager in driving employee relations initiatives.
Stakeholder Management and External Liaisoning:

">- Liaise effectively with local and government officials, police machinery, and other external stakeholders.
- Maintain healthy relationships with labor offices and union leaders.
- Draft replies to letters from unions, political parties, and other external stakeholders.
Employee Discipline:
">Take disciplinary measures in cases of misconduct, being conversant with the disciplinary inquiry process and legal drafting.
Qualifications:
">MBA or MHRM degree with 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing plants and fluency in Marathi language.
