As a seasoned executive, you will lead our regional portfolio and drive revenue growth through innovative payment and merchant services.

About the Role
  • Pursue expansion and market share in designated areas of operation.
  • Identify and recruit talent to align and drive business in local markets.
  • Cultivate strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a focus on learning and adapting new ideas.
  • Develop counter strategies for local initiatives taken by competitors.
  • Analyze data to gather insights and plan execution accordingly.
  • Pinpoint improvement areas and substantiate through market visits.
  • Determine market size, span, and geographies for team leadership.
  • Communicate plans and targets effectively to minimize expectations vs delivery gaps.
  • Monitor quality parameters as per management guidelines.
  • Validate and conduct audits on acquisitions and sales performed by the team.
  • Ensure team members are active in markets where sales and usage occur regularly.
  • Nurture good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout assigned regions.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with onboarded merchants.
  • Apply acumen and understanding of the Indian retail ecosystem to provide holistic solutions for allocated accounts.
  • Oversee up-selling and cross-selling activities by the team.
Key Qualifications
  • High level drive, initiative, and self-motivation.
  • Minimum 8-15 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of managing large teams.
  • Grow, maintain, and leverage professional networks to identify potential clients.
  • Strong exposure in managing large enterprise accounts.
  • Graduate MBA degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills required.
