Key Position: Regional Leader for Grain Processing in South Asia

 

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth and expansion of our grain processing business in South Asia, with a focus on biofuel ethanol. This includes identifying opportunities for regional growth, partnerships, and innovation.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy with actionable plans based on an in-depth understanding of the industry trend, competitor analysis, market needs, resources, and support requirements.

2. Lead and mentor sales managers and technical service managers, as well as cross-functional teams across the region, fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative work culture.

3. Ensure succession planning, capability building, and leadership development within the team to ensure long-term success.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' working experience in the biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry.

2. Strong background in the biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry, with senior commercial experience in specialty chemicals or enzymes.

3. Direct and indirect sales experience via various sales channels.

4. Ability to thrive in a multicultural and remote working environment, with strong proactive skills to collaborate across functions internally and externally.

5. Solid people leadership skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive opportunities and address challenges effectively.
