  • Meet key performance indicators such as timely design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales penetration, and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the voice of the region and customer within Livspace, fostering continuous feedback and improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Typically 7-8 years of experience in an interior fit-out business, managing revenue-generating teams or selling design products/services.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to convey business requirements effectively.
  • Structured thought process, analytical ability, and leadership skills to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Possesses personal and professional drive to continuously improve Design and design experience.
  • Deep understanding of the interior fit-out industry, processes, and market trends.
