Enterprise Solution Strategist for Manufacturing Excellence

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Solution Strategist to join our team at Pidilite Industries Limited. This role will play a pivotal part in driving our manufacturing excellence by spearheading the implementation and management of SAP S/4Hana MMPP and integrations.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with executive and senior leaders to develop and maintain an operating plan that aligns with the company's strategic vision and operating platform.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Take ownership of the complete lifecycle for solution delivery, including requirement discussion, scoping, design, delivery of customizations and custom developments, testing, and adoption of business solutions.
  • Contribute to project management, ensuring prioritization, effort assessment, planning, vendor management, tracking, and control of IT initiatives.
  • Define and create project plans, evaluating trade-offs between project size and complexity, cost, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value.

Responsibilities:

  • Solve business problems by providing alternative solution approaches leveraging functional and technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with the Information Security team to deliver solutions adhering to security standards.
  • Build, lead, and coach multiple project teams throughout project lifecycles.
  • Facilitate operational checkpoint activities throughout the lifecycle of projects.
  • Assess and resolve high-priority project risks as they are encountered.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to project methodology standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Proven industry experience working in complex, high-volume, highly automated, and integrated transactional environments.
  • Solid understanding of SAP S/4Hana PP/PP-PI, MM, QM, PM, MRP, and India localization related business processes, with hands-on SAP configuration experience and understanding of integrations with other modules of SAP S/4Hana.
  • Exposure to extended Supply Chain Execution systems and processes like PPDS, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Ariba Sourcing, Product Costing, etc.
  • Excellent oral, written communication, and process documentation skills.
  • Post-graduation in business administration or Information Technology-related field.

Salary Range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
