We are looking for a skilled Female Business Development Manager to join our team at Kiara Microcredit Private Limited.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in real estate, consumer durables, telecom, retail, and hospitality industries. She should possess excellent communication and selling skills, with the ability to effectively close client transactions directly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating sales within assigned focus projects
  • Scheduling and conducting weekly sales meetings
  • Liaising between customers and the company
  • Reporting on sales activities to senior management

Requirements:

  • Graduation in any stream
  • Experience in real estate, consumer durables, telecom, retail, or hospitality
  • Excellent communication and selling skills
