Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the sale, rental, and development of our properties in Coimbatore.

This role will involve identifying potential tenants by advertising and marketing vacant spaces, negotiating leases, and maintaining secure premises.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sale, rental, and development of properties in Coimbatore
  • Identify potential tenants through advertising and marketing efforts
  • Negotiate leases and collect security deposits
  • Maintain properties by investigating and resolving tenant complaints
  • Negotiate contracts with contractors in a timely manner
  • Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities

Key Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in property management
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Regular)
  • Comprehensive experience in managing property purchases, sales, rentals, and development
  • In-depth understanding of applicable property law, taxes, and financial statements

Desired Skills:

Commercial Real Estate, Real estate, commercial space sales, residential sales, Marketing

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE FROM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES / REAL ESTATE COMPANIES. OTHERS MAY PLEASE EXCUSE.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of ₹15 lakhs per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits for immediate joiners.
