Job Title: Business Development Professional


Role Overview:

As a Business Development Professional, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through the generation of new business and acquiring new enterprise clients. You will be accountable for consistently increasing gross margin by interacting and closing deals with Executives/CXOs of high growth startups and corporations.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead generation and prospecting to drive sales pipeline growth.

• Field-based selling directly to customers as well as working closely with Brokers & Channel Partners to increase revenue.

• Effective management of existing sales pipeline and inbound lead management to ensure consistent conversion rates.

• Collaboration with community/operations teams to ensure successful placement and follow-up of new members.

• Actively building, managing, and reporting on sales pipeline build up using Web-based CRM.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and prospecting roles.

• Experience in the Coworking industry is highly desirable.

• Proven ability to use MS Office and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot/Salesforce.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including exceptional presentation skills.

• Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communication).
