Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Area Lead to spearhead our postpaid acquisitions agenda and drive revenue growth in the region.

This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in Channel Sales & Distribution, Franchisee / DSA / DST management, operation excellence, team handling, problem solving, strategic & analytical capabilities, and process improvement mind set.

Key Responsibilities

As an Area Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategies to build quality postpaid acquisitions for the zone/geography.
  • Spearheading the ViMS and Outbound sales agenda to drive postpaid net add and revenue enhancement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 7+ years of experience in Channel Sales & Distribution in B2B & B2C environment.
  • Experience in Franchisee / DSA / DST management.
  • Operation excellence & team handling.
  • Problem solving, strategic & analytical capabilities.
  • Process improvement mind set.
Essential Qualifications

Graduation from a regular program is essential. Desirable qualifications include post-graduation in business management/MBA and 10-15 years of work experience. Experience with distribution planning and channel implementation is also highly valued.
