We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to drive growth and success in our organization. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 year of experience in IT business development or sales, with strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop leads through market research, networking, and bidding on platforms like Upwork
- Establish and maintain client relationships
- Conduct meetings and presentations with clients
- Closing deals and ensuring smooth project handovers
The successful candidate will be proactive, able to work independently, and have a basic understanding of IT services (web/web app development). Experience with CRM tools for marketing, Upwork or other freelance platforms, and bidding on projects and managing proposals is preferred.
Requirements:
