The Lead, CEOs Office is a high-impact role working closely with the CEOs Office and company leadership to drive execution on top business priorities. This independent role requires combining strategic thinking with disciplined execution to act as a force multiplier for leadership and ensure clarity, speed, and discipline across critical initiatives.

This role ensures that strategic priorities are translated into action and executed effectively across the company. It provides unique exposure to the operating rhythm of a growth-stage SaaS company and offers a direct line of sight into executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with the CEOs Office and leadership team to define, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional projects spanning product, engineering, operations, and go-to-market functions.
- Run executive-level operations including OKR planning, business reviews, and Board preparations.
- Ensure clarity, speed, and efficiency in decision-making across the company.
- Build a broad understanding of all business areas to proactively identify challenges and opportunities.
- Act as a central hub of communication and coordination across leadership and external stakeholders.
