Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to drive our integrated marketing campaigns across offline and online channels.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute TV advertising campaigns, selecting appropriate channels and time bands based on audience insights. You will also coordinate with media agencies and broadcasters, monitoring campaign performance and optimizing placements.

  • Create comprehensive budgets for ATL and digital marketing initiatives, forecasting spends across media channels and campaign types.
  • Allocate budget resources based on historical performance and strategic priorities, ensuring cost-efficiency and ROI through regular budget reviews.
  • Plan and execute paid digital media efforts across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and programmatic networks, defining audience targeting, creative formats, and bidding strategies.
  • Track key performance indicators like CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROAS to ensure campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage company websites for accuracy, performance, and user experience, developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
  • Conduct regular site audits for health, speed, and mobile responsiveness, collaborating with internal teams and external SEO/website management agencies to align goals and deliverables.
  • Develop and execute ATL campaigns in TV, Radio, newspapers, and magazines, identifying relevant channels, publications, and negotiating ad placements.
  • Coordinate creative development and production timelines, ensuring timely release and monitoring reach and impact.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Master's degree in marketing/communications management
  • 10+ years in marketing/communications
  • Proven experience in managing media campaigns and cross-functional teams
