Job Title: Digital Solution Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Digital Solution Strategist to lead our team in delivering end-to-end digital solutions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale digital projects, with expertise in commerce, content, and order management.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into solution visions and high-level architectures;
  • Design, implement, and integrate complex agile projects or product engineering teams;
  • Manage globally distributed teams of CMS and Commerce solutions, integration, and QA engineers to implement the solution;
  • Provide thought leadership on best leveraging CMS and Commerce tools using deep understanding of Digital Experience Platforms;
  • Be accountable for overall delivery of solutions, anticipating issues and risks at the module level;
  • Monitor and manage day-to-day technical tasks, updating schedules for both internal teams and clients.


Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Commerce and Content solution implementation, with at least 4 years specific Program Management experience;
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field) and minimum 8 years of overall software development experience;
  • Strong working knowledge of CMS and eCommerce Solutions;
  • Expertise in leading end-to-end solutions involving commerce, content, and order management and integrations;
  • Experience leading large-sized teams and technology engagements, including client and consulting staff;
  • Ability to come up with creative solutions for ambiguous problems and learn quickly.
