Job Description

As a Senior Digital Solutions Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of complex digital solutions across multiple projects. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop strategic solutions.

Key responsibilities include leading project planning and execution, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, and providing thought leadership on best practices in digital experience platforms.

Additionally, you will be accountable for ensuring the overall quality of the solution, monitoring progress, and making adjustments as needed to meet project goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 10 years of experience in commerce and content solution implementation, with a minimum of 4 years of program management experience
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, and a minimum of 8 years of software development experience
  • Strong knowledge of CMS and eCommerce solutions, including expertise in leading end-to-end solutions involving commerce, content, and order management
  • Experience leading large-sized teams and technology engagements, including client and consulting staff
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to come up with creative solutions for ambiguous problems and learn quickly
