Job Title:
Digital Tag Strategist
About the Role:
In this exciting position, you will lead our efforts to standardize digital tagging best practices. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a robust analytics measurement strategy across our digital products.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the entire process of metric tagging, from understanding the tagging plan to testing, maintaining, and auditing website tags.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including agency partners and third-party vendors to resolve discrepancies or platform issues and ensure they are following analytics and measurement best practices.

• Validate and debug the implementation, and then follow up to resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools (variables, events, segments, dimensions, custom queries, etc.), and tag management tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, etc.).

• Bachelor's degree in a Business, Marketing, or analytical discipline.

• Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision making.

• Strong written and verbal communication required to liaise with stakeholders and global teams to communicate development activities and timeframes.

• Fluency in English is essential

• Ability to work quickly, efficiently multi-task and deliver commitments in a timely fashion.

• Proven ability to diagnose problems with existing platform configurations and tags and make suggestions for improvement.

• Maintain working knowledge of industry best practices and changes in analytics platforms.

• Knowledge and expertise on JavaScript/JQuery, HTML/HTML5, CSS and prior experience with a Content Management System (AEM, Drupal, WordPress) would be beneficial.
