Job Title: Website Tag Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Website Tag Developer to join our Information Technology Services Team.

The ideal candidate will lead the firm's efforts to standardize tag management best practices, implement digital tagging and analytics measurement strategy for our portfolio of digital products, and work closely with Digital Marketing, Security and Risk, Engineering, Quality Assurance and Product Teams.

About the Role:
  • Execute the entire process of understanding metric tagging plans, testing, maintaining, and auditing website tags.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or platform issues and ensure they are following analytics and measurement best practices.
  • Validate and debug implementations, and follow up to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Centralize digital tracking, analytics, and data quality.
  • Direct data layer implementation on new sites and pages across our digital products.
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the tagging environment by manually and automatically monitoring tags.
  • Own all Analytics and Tag Manager environments & processes.
  • Design, development, and support of advanced platform implementations of Analytics and Tag Manager, as well as tagging, testing, and ad hoc troubleshooting.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar web analytics tools, and tag management tools like Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or analytical discipline.
  • 5+ years of industry experience and/or similar positions.
  • Well-versed in creating and deploying Analytics & Marketing Tags using a Tag Management system.
  • Ability to work quickly, efficiently multitask, and deliver commitments in a timely fashion.
  • Proven analytical and technical skills, strong people skills, great attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and drive to always learn and grow.
