Job Title: Business Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Strategist to play a crucial role in capturing and documenting requirements, analyzing the impact of changes, and supporting the business throughout the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand business requirements and map them to system functionalities
  • Have technical experience in querying databases using PL/SQL
  • 7+ years of experience in Techno-Functional BA with exposure to working with Data Warehouses and Regulatory Reporting framework
  • Experience in Anti Financial Crime (AFC) and Transaction Monitoring is desired
  • Possessing work exposure in Transaction Monitoring on different products, regions and being well versed in AML regulations will be required
  • Ability to influence and motivate other team members and stakeholders through strong dialogue, facilitation and persuasiveness

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Banking /Wealth management domain and/or related support functions including understanding of products, business and operational processes
  • Exposure to business analysis will be required
  • An organized self-starter able to manage in a complex environment
  • A team player who continually collaborates and shares information
  • Continually looks to simplify and standardize solutions
  • Actively seeks to reduce complexity and do the 'right thing'
  • Persistent in your drive for quality and excellence
  • Architecturally minded with an ability to simplify complex activities
  • Influencer and problem solving person
  • Fluent in English (written/verbal) additional language(s) are an advantage
  • Familiar with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc.
  • Ability to work in a Matrix organization with stakeholders spread across geographies.
  • Understanding of executing projects in agile methodology
  • Ability to identify and interpret stakeholders needs and requirements
  • Self-motivated and flexibility to work autonomously coupled with ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/global organizations including appreciation of different cultures during collaborating and sharing.
