Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Programs Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Country head in delivering strategic program agendas, managing and reporting on initiatives across various functions.

  • Program Management and Governance: Ensure alignment of key projects with our strategic roadmap, report progress, risks, and benefits to senior leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes and translate goals into actionable programs.
  • Maintain central program documentation repository, define program KPIs/SLAs, and track governance forum actions.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • University degree related to Business Administration, Operations, or Project Management.
  • 8+ years' experience in program/project management or governance roles in financial services, consulting, or regulated environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and project tools like MS Project.
