Job Title: Senior Manager Strategic Projects

We are seeking a highly ambitious and dynamic professional to join our organization as a key member of our strategic projects team. This critical role will drive various initiatives, from tactical program management to leading cross-functional priorities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project coordination, robust business acumen, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to create executive-level presentations and detailed narratives.

  • Lead special projects directly overseen by the CEO, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solve complex problems ensuring smooth operations and quick resolutions.
  • Create compelling content and presentation decks for the CEO for both internal and external use.
  • Facilitate cross-functional initiatives driving alignment and execution across various departments to achieve strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • At least 8+ years of experience in handling strategic projects for an Office of Eminence or in a similar high-impact role.
  • Comfortable with domestic/overseas travel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage projects and drive results.
  • Demonstrated interest in the Education Industry with a passion for making a positive impact.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
