Job Title

A strategic operations professional with expertise in production workflows, supply chain management, and operational efficiency is sought to support the Director in decision-making, prioritization, and follow-ups on critical matters.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business strategy, leadership coordination, and analytical reporting. With excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, they will ensure effective collaboration between teams and stakeholders.

  • Executive Support:
    • Support the Director in decision-making, prioritization, and follow-ups on critical matters.
    • Manage and coordinate leadership meetings, reviews, and key action items.
    • Ensure effective communication and information flow between the Director and stakeholders.
  • Operational Coordination:
    • Align cross-functional workflows across production, supply chain, and technical teams.
    • Monitor project milestones, flag risks, and drive timely execution of initiatives.
    • Facilitate smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and dashboards for management reviews.
    • Track KPIs, operational performance, and progress of strategic projects.
    • Provide insights on efficiency improvements, bottlenecks, and business opportunities.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Task Completion Rate: % of Director-assigned tasks delivered within deadlines.
  • Information Flow Efficiency: Average turnaround time for updates and decision communication.
  • Report Timeliness: % of reports prepared and submitted on schedule.

Requirements:

  • 10 to 15 years of overall professional experience with strong exposure to production workflows, supply chain management, and operational efficiency.
  • Preferably in CEO/MD/COO Office or Business Excellence / Strategy Team of a large-scale organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (or any engineering stream) and MBA in Operations Management or Supply Chain Management from a reputed management institute (Top 30 B-schools preferred).
