Job Title: Service Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to join our dynamic team as a Service Operations Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing the sales and operations of home painting services, including developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), driving business growth, and ensuring smooth and efficient execution of painting projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the home painting services, develop document and implement SOPs for painting projects, monitor project timelines pricing and quality standards to ensure services are delivered to clients' satisfaction and in line with company expectations.
  • Business Development & Strategy: Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth within the home painting services market, drive revenue growth by developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies tailored to the home painting services segment.
  • Quality Control & Customer Satisfaction: Monitor NPS and ensure right actions are taken towards consistent improvement of NPS, implement quality control process to monitor the quality of painting services provided.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting and cost control for the department, monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales service delivery customer satisfaction and profitability.

Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in driving painting service business and operations.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing SOPs for service-based businesses.
  • Strong business acumen with experience driving sales revenue and profitability.
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
