Investment Banking Specialist Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as Investment Banking Specialists. These individuals will play a key role in improving processes and controls that build capacity and scale within our clients' organizations.

As part of our IB Operations team, you will be working closely with client partners to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business understanding of the finance industry, with a focus on capital markets and derivatives. They should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently handle clients and client calls to establish a valued partnership.
  • Escalate issues to client and internal managers in a timely manner to avoid client escalation.
  • Build domain expertise and lead from the front by staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Graduation or post-graduation in relevant field (Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA or Mcom, MBA, PGDM).
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in handling teams of at least 10 members, with good knowledge of Investment Banking Operations.
  • Strong conceptual, design, and delivery skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on various projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to manage and complete specific tasks with minimal direction.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to network and earn the confidence of diverse Client personnel.
