Finance & Accounting Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting professional to join our team as a key contributor. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS compliance, accounting operations, and financial management.

  • GAAP & IFRS Compliance: Act as a subject matter expert in GAAP and IFRS compliance to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including reconciliations and financial statements.
  • ERP Systems: Guide and optimize processes in QuickBooks, SAP, and other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Accounting Operations: Manage payroll, invoicing, and end-to-end accounting operations.
  • Financial Modeling: Build and review financial models, forecasts, and budgeting frameworks.
  • Process Improvement: Drive Excel automation, AI, and RPA adoption in accounting workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Strong Background: Strong background in Finance & Accounting with hands-on expertise.
  • ERP Proficiency: Proficiency in ERP systems (QuickBooks/SAP).
  • Excel Skills: Advanced Excel skills and experience with automation tools.
  • Emerging Technologies: Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/RPA in accounting).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills.
