This is a hands-on, growth-focused role for a UX/UI Designer who wants to make a real difference. You'll work on complex interaction models for AI-driven tools, balancing data clarity, human-centered design, and regulatory needs.

**Responsibilities**

  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for intelligent financial interfaces.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and engineers to create experiences that balance automation with user control.
  • Design for transparency, trust, and explainability to ensure AI behaviors are intuitive and user-friendly.
  • Support user research and usability testing efforts with insights that directly inform design iteration.
  • Contribute to our internal design system to reflect the unique needs of agentic AI interfaces.
  • Continuously refine designs based on data, feedback, and behavioral insights.

**Requirements**

  • 5–8 years of UX/UI design experience with fintech or SaaS exposure.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-first design thinking, clean UI design, and interest in complex interaction design.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
  • Foundational understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI) and human-AI interaction.
  • Curiosity, humility, and eagerness to grow in applying design to AI-powered products.
  • Clear communication and openness to feedback across disciplines.
