Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic initiatives from planning to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing revenue, customer experience, and brand equity.
  • Develop and execute operational plans to optimize cost, improve profitability, and enhance market competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to create comprehensive strategies, aligning with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Prioritize projects to drive long-term growth, aligning daily tasks and resources towards achieving high-impact goals.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Program oversight and management of critical projects, ensuring proper tracking and monitoring of key milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Decision-making support, providing data-backed insights and recommendations to the CEO and leadership team.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver on key initiatives, from business development and operations to finance and marketing.
  • Identifying and proactively addressing project risks, creating contingency plans to mitigate obstacles and ensure critical timelines are met.

Further responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating seamless coordination between business and support functions to execute strategic initiatives and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Influencing key stakeholders, leading negotiations and discussions with partners, clients, and decision-makers to ensure strategic objectives are understood, supported, and executed.
  • Maintaining consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project scope, timelines, and expected outcomes.
  • Resolving potential conflicts or disagreements between stakeholders in a professional, solution-oriented manner, ensuring business objectives remain the top priority.

Additionally, this role involves:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor for the CEO, senior leadership, and other stakeholders on critical business decisions related to strategy, growth, and product innovation.
  • Providing clarity and direction in ambiguous business situations by leveraging data, research, and industry insights, ensuring the team remains focused and aligned.
  • Applying structured problem-solving techniques and first-principles thinking to deconstruct challenges and identify effective, data-driven solutions.
  • Leading the development of compelling business cases for new initiatives, including competitor research, ROI analysis, and customer impact studies.

Key performance indicators include:

  1. Strategic execution rate: percentage of real estate projects delivered on time, within scope, and meeting key business outcomes.
  2. Leadership alignment: clear, consistent communication and collaboration within the leadership team to drive strategic goals.
  3. Operational efficiency: effective management of resources and timelines for high-priority projects across the organization.
  4. Change adoption: successful integration of new initiatives, technologies, and business models with high engagement and minimal disruption.
  5. Business growth: measurable improvements in revenue, market share, and operational efficiency due to strategic initiatives.
  6. Project success: successful delivery of complex, multi-dimensional projects that drive value for the business and align with long-term strategic goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; preference for degrees in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related fields; MBA or equivalent advanced degree from tier 1 institution.

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a strategic planning, Chief of Staff, or leadership role in the real estate industry or similar fast-paced sectors.

Knowledge:

  • Real estate market: solid understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends, regulations, and key performance metrics.
  • Business strategy: expertise in corporate strategy, operational planning, and project management within a real estate context.
  • Change management: experience in driving change within real estate organizations, including technology adoption, process optimization, and cultural transformation.
  • Data & analytics: ability to analyze performance metrics and leverage data to inform decisions and strategies.

Skills:

  • Analytical thinking: strong ability to break down complex problems, analyze data, and create actionable solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Project management: proficient in managing large-scale projects, using methodologies such as Agile or Lean, and keeping multiple projects on track simultaneously.
  • Communication: excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Leadership: strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive teams towards common goals and hold them accountable.
  • Negotiation and relationship management: ability to work effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in multiple real estate projects from founders/CEO office.
  • Previous experience in high-growth real estate firms, market expansion initiatives, or large-scale property development projects is a plus.
  • Strong track record of successfully delivering strategic initiatives that drive growth, operational excellence, and market competitiveness.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, deep ownership, and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
