Strategic Operations Director

As a senior leader, you will oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of a Business Unit.
This role demands exceptional leadership skills to drive team performance, ensure high accuracy while meeting service level metrics on a daily basis. You will provide mentorship and development opportunities for direct reports, aligning with defined quality, customer experience, and efficiency requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Internal and external stakeholders will hold you accountable for specific engagements.
- You will manage claim personnel, including hiring, training, performance assessment, workload planning, delegation, coaching, and motivation.
- Drive portfolio strategy by providing regular updates and tracking KPIs/metrics related to project tasks.
- Engage with customers to understand and address pain points.
- Direct and mentor operations teams to achieve goals, promote a learning culture, and build strong teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 14 years' experience within a relevant domain and skillset.
- Proven expertise in managing complex service delivery, multi-group, multi-disciplinary projects, preferably in L&A Domain, with extensive exposure to large teams.
- Ability to define projects, execute within timelines, deliver projects on time and within budget.
