SAP Project Manager

Deliver high-priority and strategically important projects as a seasoned professional in delivery and project management. As a leader, you will drive the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead large-scale and complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.
  2. Work closely with senior business leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define clear project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
  3. Provide direction and leadership to cross-functional project teams, ensuring the team remains motivated, focused, and efficient throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Develop comprehensive project plans, setting clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  5. Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships, while ensuring effective cost control.
  6. Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8-11 years of proven experience in managing large, complex projects in delivery and project management roles.
  • Expertise in SAP and strong proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with project goals.
  • Extensive experience working with senior-level executives and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives with business strategy.
  • Significant experience in managing project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships, while ensuring effective cost control.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
