Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Director to lead our Banking and Finance practice, driving growth and delivering strategic consulting services to clients.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in management consulting, presales, and stakeholder management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale portfolios and leading high-performing teams.

  • Lead the development and implementation of business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and senior client leaders.
  • Drive project delivery, ensuring timely and successful outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery:

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring effective project governance, risk management, and escalation processes are in place.
  • Manage budgets and finances, ensuring profitable outcomes and responsible financial management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and deliver solutions that meet client needs.

Client Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, providing expert consulting services and advice on strategic initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and delivering tailored solutions that drive value.
  • Lead sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or other relevant advanced degrees preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 18+ years of experience in IT services / Management Consulting, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
    • Proven track record of managing large-scale portfolios and leading high-performing teams.
    • Strong expertise in Banking and Finance, stakeholder management, and delivery.
    • Prior experience in sales and business development, including successful client engagements.
