Job Title

We are seeking a strategic business leader to drive our team's transformation under GenpactNext.

This role requires developing and executing strategies, as well as making sales presentations to potential business heads. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving thought leadership around best-in-class processes and sharing best practices.

  • Lead complex finance & accounting blueprints with multiple countries/regions in scope.
  • Develop RFX submissions for new Customers.
  • Provide sound business rationale for improving the business case for non-qualified opportunities as a result of due diligence expertise.

The ideal candidate will have strong project and people management experience, excellent communication skills at all levels, and the ability to work simultaneously on different tasks.
