The role requires an experienced and strategic HR leader to drive the HR Business Partner function and Total Rewards for our organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Partner with business leaders to shape and deliver a people strategy aligned with overall organizational goals.
- Provide expert advice to senior management on org design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
- Drive key initiatives across employee engagement, retention, and succession planning.
- Lead change management efforts and support transformation programs from a people and culture perspective.
Key responsibilities also include designing, benchmarking, and implementing compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions.
Total Rewards will involve collaborating with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
Requirements include:
