We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of General Manager-Accounts and Finance.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for finalizing financial reports, managing taxation compliance, tracking agreements and bank guarantees, developing commercial strategies, and overseeing the performance of the commercial team.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and Finance
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an Accounts and Finance Manager
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Customer Service Skills
  • Strong Leadership, Project Management, Negotiation, Problem-Solving, and Organizational Skills
  • Able to Work Well Under Pressure and Handle Multiple Priorities
