Lead Training and Development

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive our team's growth and success through impactful training sessions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Training Delivery: Oversee high-impact training across locations, ensuring consistent delivery and quality.
  • Program Management: Lead end-to-end learning & engagement programs with clear key performance indicators (KPIs), driving results and continuous improvement.
  • Trainer Development: Coach, mentor, and develop trainers for effective delivery, inspiring them to drive excellence.
  • Data Analysis: Consolidate training data, track KPIs, and report insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage stakeholders, align programs strategically, and mitigate risks, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of Learning & Development staff to delegate and achieve annual L&D goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Content Creation: Develop, design, and deliver new training modules, addressing key skills gaps and knowledge needs.
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct learning needs gap analysis and define training needs, ensuring targeted and effective interventions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred.
  • 8–10 years' experience in Learning and Development or Human Resources.
  • Strong facilitation, program management & stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to inspire, coach, and drive continuous improvement.
