Programs Director

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead a groundbreaking initiative for gifted children through a parent-led approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic and operational plans to scale the program, ensuring maximum impact and sustainability.
  • Design and launch targeted interventions to achieve defined objectives and performance targets, aligning with the program's overarching vision and goals.
  • Establish a scalable digital delivery platform to facilitate large-scale dissemination, prioritizing accessibility, efficiency, and user experience.
  • Set clear performance indicators and measurable outcomes to assess effectiveness, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance performance.
  • Oversee the development of a comprehensive curriculum fostering holistic growth, supporting cognitive development, emotional well-being, and core values in children.
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and management of a high-performing operations team, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Demonstrated ability to implement solutions at scale, leveraging strategic planning, efficient execution, and innovative problem-solving.
  • Possesses an exceptional drive for results, consistently delivering high-impact projects on time and within scope while optimizing resources.
  • Highly desirable: Prior exposure to the concept of Giftedness, including an understanding of unique needs, characteristics, and development of gifted individuals.
  • Experience in designing, leading, and driving initiatives supporting gifted learners or professionals, fostering their potential and maximizing capabilities.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating deep expertise and a strong track record of success in the field.
  • Proven ability to apply industry best practices, adapt to evolving trends, and contribute strategically to organizational growth.
