Project Manager Job Description

VeriPark is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

  • Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee the implementation of online banking and mobile banking projects within financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) with costing information, ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery, and effectively communicate project information.
  • Documentation: Review and guide Requirements Documents, Functional Specifications with wireframe diagrams and process charts, and Technical Design Documents. Prepare and review proposals for projects and change requests.
  • Requirements Gathering, Analysis, and Management: Organize meetings with stakeholders to capture requirements and create SRS documents. Manage scope, capturing, guiding, and reviewing detailed scope of change requests.
  • Risks and Dependency Management: Identify and manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, and communicate through project status reports and project boards.
  • Review Processes: Actively review project teams' project artifacts and documents.
  • Pre-sales/Proposals: Present similar projects and related products to prospects during visits. Engage in Proof-Of-Concepts engagements held at client premises. Develop proposal scope, initial high-level implementation plans, licensing requirements, and fill RFP matrices related to area of knowledge.
  • Training: Prepare training materials and conduct trainings.
  • Communications and Presentations: Conduct project presentations, daily huddles, project board, steering committee meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant working experience.
  • Banking Experience: Banking experience will be advantageous.
  • Education: BSCS / BSSE / MSCS / MSSE.
  • Certification: Any certification will be advantageous.
