Job Title: Project Manager

About the Role

The ideal candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to go-live. They will lead Smart City ERP initiatives and drive business growth for our clients.

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned project manager to make a lasting impact on complex Smart City ERP projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Determine project requirements and prepare detailed specifications.
  • Communicate technical details to the development team.
  • Plan tasks, allocate resources, and monitor progress against timelines.
  • Manage changes, client feedback, and integration with third-party systems.
  • Oversee data migration, testing, UAT, and go-live readiness.
  • Provide training and post-implementation support.
  • Ensure compliance with QMS standards and improve processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration.
  • 7–10 years' experience in e-Governance or Smart City ERP projects.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
