Job Title: Senior Digital Project Manager

About the Job:

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Project Manager to oversee the successful deployment of email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project coordination, team management, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Campaign Management: Oversee the development and deployment of emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with developers and client contacts to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform QA testing to ensure email content renders well across various platforms.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to secure approval of emails and address any edits needed.
  • Reporting: Pull metrics reports from Salesforce Marketing Cloud and share them with clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years as a Senior Digital Project Manager or similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred.
  • Clients Facing Experience: Experience working in a client-facing environment, specifically at an agency.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a geographically distributed team.
