Project Coordinator - Finance

The Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our team in delivering high-quality financial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project meetings and document agendas, minutes, decisions, and action items.
  • Track and monitor project plans, consolidating updates for status reports.
  • Foster collaboration among stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and resolution of blockers.
  • Evaluate risks and escalate them to leadership as necessary.
  • Maintain accountability by assigning clear ownership for all action items.
  • Support governance by documenting, reporting, and tracking project progress.
  • Cultivate cross-functional teams to facilitate collaboration between business, IT, and vendor teams across multiple workstreams.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong organizational skills, with 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
  • ERP knowledge, preferably MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.
  • Workstream familiarity, including knowledge of ERP workstreams: Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, integrations, testing cycles.
  • Effective communication skills to work with US stakeholders.
  • Technical proficiency in O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Risk management experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for issue/risk tracking.
  • Prioritization skills, including risk tracking and escalation management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include:

  • Hands-on experience coordinating D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations.
  • Exposure to large-scale ERP or IT transformation programs.
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.

Education and Certifications:

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's / Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration, and possess a Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
