Project Lead Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Lead to manage projects related to Zoho CRM, website development, and sales tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in tech project coordination and be familiar with Zoho CRM and basic web concepts.

The Project Lead will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, agencies, and developers to ensure timely execution of projects. They will also manage website rollouts, bug fixes, and vendor collaborations.

The successful candidate will have strong task management and communication skills, as well as knowledge of Google Sheets, Jira/Trello, Slack, and Notion.

Bonus points will be given to candidates with hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, understanding of APIs, webhooks, Zapier, and Zoho Flow, and vendor management experience.

As a Project Lead, you will gain cross-functional exposure (sales, marketing, tech), the opportunity to learn CRM at scale, mentorship from the CTO and leadership team, and career growth towards product or technical roles.

  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and developers to ensure timely project execution
  • Manage website rollouts, bug fixes, and vendor collaborations
  • Translate sales/marketing needs into actionable tasks
  • Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), guides, and release notes
  • Conduct weekly project status reviews
  • Suggest process automations and improvements
Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in tech project coordination

- Familiarity with Zoho CRM and basic web concepts (HTML, CMS, WordPress/Shopify)

- Knowledge of Google Sheets, Jira/Trello, Slack, and Notion

Bonus Points:

- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM

- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, Zapier, and Zoho Flow

- Vendor management experience
