Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and monitor project reports, planning, and scheduling details of assigned projects.
  • Project Coordination and Monitoring: Coordinate with project stakeholders, conduct site visits to verify progress and identify any critical or risk issues.
  • Team Management: Proactively support and manage the project plan/team, adhere to project timing and best practices to meet operational goals and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Billing and Payment: Process billing and payment as per terms and conditions.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure handing over as per client satisfaction.
  • Snag Management: Allocation, monitor, and closure of snags/observation points shared by clients in DLP period and follow up on release of retention amounts.
  • Project Reporting: Prepare photographic reports and submit them to the tender team.
  • Cost Management: Manage costs effectively.
  • Vendor Management: Establish and maintain professional relationships with contractors and vendors.
  • Client Communication: Present reports in weekly meetings and communicate with clients effectively.
