Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a team of experts in implementing Oracle's Customer Experience for Utilities (CX4U) solution.

The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day tasks of a small team, while adhering to the scope, schedule, and performance of the project.

  • Own the successful delivery of project deliverables, ensuring business value meets customer expectations.
  • Create and maintain PMO artifacts, such as the project plan and JIRA board, to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
  • Track risks and issues, facilitate problem resolution, and manage issue escalation in a timely manner.
  • Provide project status reports and debriefs to company leadership on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Oracle product teams, developers, testers, and program managers.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Program Manager, preferably in the Utilities domain.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall and agile).
  • Experienced in leading projects utilizing standard project management tools (MS project, JIRA, Smartsheet, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
