Job Title: Senior Data Management Delivery Expert

Location: Open for Remote and On-Site Roles

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of data management projects, encompassing data engineering, migration, modernization, and governance. A proven track record in ensuring delivery excellence through well-defined methodologies, standardized practices, and quality assurance frameworks is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enforce best practices and standards for data project execution.
  • Monitor project health through KPIs, metrics, and governance reviews.
  • Ensure risk management, escalation protocols, and change control processes are in place and effective.
  • Lead data strategy creation and implementation to effectively collect, manage, use, and protect data to support business goals and drive value.
  • Design and architect scalable and secure data architecture for pipelines, warehousing, and processing systems.
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, platforms (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Snowflake), and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).

This role requires a strong leader who can oversee multiple concurrent programs and ensure alignment with business and IT strategies.
