Project Manager Opportunity

The role entails overseeing the execution of projects within a specific region, driving success through strategic planning and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to designated locations for project assignments while maintaining a base location in NCR.
  • Conduct thorough technical evaluations of projects to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Review and oversee project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and present project milestones, procurement plans, and budget reviews to stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality installation at each construction stage and adherence to specified materials.
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement cost-saving mechanisms and value engineering across projects.
  • Provide constructability reviews and recommend mitigation measures during pre-construction and construction stages.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide support to other teams as needed.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and risk management records.
  • Utilize construction management tools and software efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong working knowledge of commercial projects and client-centric operations.
  • Excellent background in team management and research skills.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects with precision.

Experience and Background:

  • Project management professional with 2-4 years of experience in workspace fit-out industry.
  • Preferably from D&B or coworking space background.
  • B.E/B.Tech Electrical/Mechanical degree, specializing in MEP.
  • Graduation through a full-time day course.
