About Our Team Lead Role

Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage project tracking and workflows using Jira. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate across teams, and hands-on experience with Jira.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a bridge between different teams (operations, sales, engineering, marketing, design, and support) to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Manage project tracking and workflows using Jira (creating, assigning, monitoring tasks, and reporting).
  • Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and provide timely project updates.
  • Organize and participate in meetings, prepare minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items.
  • Identify risks, track dependencies, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support process improvements to increase team efficiency and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
