Job Title: Digital Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Techno-Functional Project Manager to lead strategic digital initiatives and drive successful project delivery.

The role requires strong project management, technical expertise, and stakeholder management skills to ensure timely, within-budget, and high-quality outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is essential for success in this position.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong technical knowledge including HTML, CSS, JS, APIs, Node.js, Python, and database systems is critical.
  • Hands-on experience with Git, React/Angular/Vue, Webpack, npm/yarn is necessary for effective collaboration.
  • Exposure to CMS platforms and AB testing tools like Adobe Target is beneficial for innovative solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required for building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of strategic project plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage website development, redesign, and optimization projects from inception to completion.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
  • Track key performance indicators, generate reports, and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Champion best practices in project management methodologies and mentor junior team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, possessing excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. With a strong background in project management, technology, and stakeholder engagement, you will be well-equipped to drive successful project outcomes and contribute to our organization's growth and success.
