Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on power systems. Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned targets
- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CONTRACTORS AND DISTRIBUTORS
- Liaising with end-users, prescription, and sales teams to ensure full engagement coverage
- Demonstrating technical expertise to develop credibility, loyalty, trust, and commitment
- Effectively negotiating and closing new business opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the power systems industry
- A strong understanding of power control, monitoring, and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment
