About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Expert to join our team in Cloud Sales and Services. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and customer engagements.

Your primary focus will be on building relationships with senior-level decision makers at top-tier organizations, understanding their pain points and challenges, and presenting Searce's innovative solutions to address these needs. You will work closely with our technical teams to develop tailored proposals that showcase our expertise and value proposition.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, cloud computing, and sales strategy. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with high-level executives and their teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Develop a deep understanding of potential clients' needs and challenges, and present Searce's solutions as a valuable addition to their existing infrastructure.
  • Build strategic relationships: Foster long-term relationships with senior-level decision makers, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with technical teams: Work closely with Searce's technical experts to develop customized proposals that meet client needs and demonstrate our expertise.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience: In business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the cloud computing industry.
  • Proven track record: Of successfully identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and strategic partnership development.
  • Excellent communication skills: The ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a clear, concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong analytical skills: The capacity to analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
